IMMOFINANZ Group signs new deals for the S-Park office building

 IMMOFINANZ Group, the largest office building owner in Bucharest and one of the key players in real-estate investment and development on the Romanian market, increased its portfolio with two new tenants, while another extended its current contracts in S-Park office building. Thus, Lukoil Lubricants East Europe SRL and KZ IT Consulting will rent together over 830 square meters of office space in the S-Park building, located in Northern Bucharest, while SAP Romania extended the surfaces they have in the same building, with 840 square meters.

“S-Park is one of the key properties IMMOFINANZ Group has in Romania, which in the past two years had a constant occupancy rate of over 97%. We are extremely pleased with the new tenants in our portfolio. Furthermore, we are happy to have strengthened the collaboration with our existing partner, thus reaching a ten year partnership,” said Eduard Zehetner, CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group.

LUKOIL Lubricants East Europe SRL, member of LUKOIL Group, the leader of the Russian oil industry in exploration, production, refining and marketing of petroleum products, closed a deal for 300 square meters of office space, for a three year period.

KZ IT Consulting, part of the Group Sky Consult, one of Kazakhstan's leading local providers of complex IT project consultancy, closed a deal for 535 square meters of office surface, for a period of three years.

SAP Romania, a subsidiary of SAP AG, the worldwide market leader in enterprise application software, is a tenant of IMMOFINANZ Group since 2007 and currently leases 1,655 square meters, to which will be added 840 square meters, of which 300 square meters will come into use in June 2014. The total space leased by SAP in S-Park consists of 2,500 square meters, which stands for 7.3% of the entire building. The deal with SAP was extended until 2017, which represents a ten-year collaboration.

S-Park has a leaseable area of 34,186 square meters, organized over eight levels: two basement levels, the ground floor and another five levels. The building is located in Northern Bucharest, close to Presei Libere Square, ten minutes away from the airport. Shuttle buses and bus routes provide good public transport and the location is well served by main roads with access to the city center and ring road system.
