IMMOFINANZ Group, one of the key players in real-estate investment and development on the Romanian market, welcomes five new tenants to its office and logistics facilities across the country. The new partners are Profi Rom Food in Ploiesti, DSV Solutions in Timisoara, Euroccoper, Societatea de Constructii in Transporturi Bucuresti and Logwin in Bucharest.

Profi Rom Food closed a deal for the entire Log Center Ploiesti, which offers storage and office space of 15,000 square meters. This class A storage space also provides direct access to the Bucharest-Brasov Highway. The five year agreement with IMMOFINANZ Group in Romania represents the largest deal in the logistic sector during the last quarter of 2012.
DSV Solutions signed a three year leasing agreement for 2,700 square meters in Log Centre Timisioara, representing 15% of the facility. The logistics park lies only 10 km away from Timisoara’s center, and offers quick access to the local airport and the major E70 road.
Euroccoper established operations in North East Logistic Park (NELP) in Bucharest for six year leasing agreement, for a total of 21,500 square meters of storage and office space. Thus, the company is the main tenant of NELP.
Logwin also opted for NELP facilities, renting 1,800 square meters. This A class logistic park provides easy access to several major roads and the Bucharest - Constanta highway.
Societatea de Constructii in Transporturi Bucuresti set-up headquartes in the North Center office building by renting approximately 1,500 square meters of office space, in a five year leasing agreement. The employees of North Center based companies benefit from free shuttle bus from the Pipera underground station. The A class property also offers easy access to the newly-built Pipera passageway, as well as the possibility for further expansion.
